Meet Clare

My name Clare Neville and I have a Bachelors of Arts in Music Business Management. I am a leader with a visionary perspective and highly creative approach. Being a good communicator and naturally a very social personality, I work very well in groups and collaborative environments. As an aspiring Opera Singer and performer, I’m dedicated to helping others transform their artistic talent into a market success in the performing arts industries. I strives to be in an environment where creativity plays a major role but also achieves great quality outcomes. Having a charismatic and highly social communication style helps I build and maintain my skills. For eight years, I have demonstrated collaborative leadership as a Student Director, where I mastered the foundational skills of musical arrangement, managing dress rehearsals, and helping artists transform their ideas into practical and executable productions. Overall, having an eight-year role as a leader in visual arts (as the Hair, Makeup, and Costume Director) developed a meticulous eye for thematic transformation and setting the production's tone. Having a lifelong experience as a performer has given me the ability to see performer empathy, I’m able to anticipate the needs coming from the cast's perspective. This will also help build trust and maximizes efficiency within any creative team. Other than theater, I also has experience in the business world. Having worked in a real estate office as a receptionist for about 7 years. I’ve has dealt with filing, professional phone calls, office meetings, and technology adept. Finally, I am very inspired and hard-working, having music and business backgrounds have helped prepare me to enter this competitive business world.
