My primary medium is voice, and my artistic practice is centered on performance and live vocal production, specifically Opera and Musical Theatre. I also integrate visual strategy and installation elements like costuming, makeup, and directing. I am deeply in love with Opera and the inspiration it brings to our world. I am very passionate about bringing Opera into the 21st century and bringing it to younger generations. Where creativity is not just expressed, but positioned to inspire others. My inspiration comes from the powerful artists who specialize in classical and theatrical performance who connect with the audience. I have explored this feeling for over a decade both on stage and in the director's chair. I believe that performance when expertly arranged and executed correctly truly creates an emotional and intellectual engagement from the audience or viewer. That will inspire others to want to perform like it has for me.
